Assessment Scales
Several of our
short-form assessment scales focus on problems in
organizational settings or environments. These are not
clinical scales in the ordinary use of the term and are used
primarily for research purposes.
Index
of Sexual Harassment (ISH)
The ISH is designed
to measure the severity of sexual harassment as seen by the
respondent. Scores range from 0 to 100 where higher scores
indicate greater amounts of sexual harassment. All of the
items on the ISH scale represent behaviors that have been
found to be illegal in a court of law.
