Organizational Assessment Scales

Several of our short-form assessment scales focus on problems in organizational settings or environments. These are not clinical scales in the ordinary use of the term and are used primarily for research purposes.


Index of Sexual Harassment (ISH)

The ISH is designed to measure the severity of sexual harassment as seen by the respondent. Scores range from 0 to 100 where higher scores indicate greater amounts of sexual harassment. All of the items on the ISH scale represent behaviors that have been found to be illegal in a court of law.

Reliability: .90 or greater.
Validity: .60 and greater.

Client Satisfaction Inventory (CSI)

The CSI is designed to measure the degree of satisfaction clients experience with respect to services provided to them by human services agencies and practitioners. Scores range from 0 to 100 where higher scores indicate greater degrees of client satisfaction.

Validity: .60 and greater.

The IJS scale is designed to measure the degree of satisfaction an employee feels in relationship to her or his current employment situation. Scores range from 0 to 100 where higher scores indicate greater degrees of job satisfaction.
